Guest guest
The Open Air Cremation issue has once again gone to Court to see if this practice can be permitted in the UK. Human Rights would favour such freedom as to how a body is to be disposed of but there are other issues to consider. You may like to read the article in the Guardian and the comments it has generated from the readership. Click: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/belief/2010/jan/18/hindu-open-air-cremation The court may rule in favour of Human Rights but I would see it as defeat for the credible face of Hinduism.
