Taken from various Discourses of Bhagawan :

" Discipline is very important for everyone in one's Life, Discipline does not mean getting up on time, eating and sleeping on time, that is not discipline but order in your Life.

Discipline in life means Three Important things :

Love for God, Respecting your Elders especially your parents and Doing Seva which means helping others in need. When you try to follow these things in your Life everything other thing that you do will be Good.

Loving God means not only Praying to Him but also for everyone, Never Be selfish in Praying to the Lord. When you pray for everyone, you develop a Selfless Mind and that will help you a lot to see everyone with Selflessly.

Respect and Love your Parents, They are everything in one's Life, The Greatest Sin that one can commit is to disrespect your parents, They have given you everything and sacrificed everything for you, when you respect your parents by fulfulling their every need, you will learn to respect others as well.

Seva, Service means Serving those in need, Seva means any Small act that will be of help others, when you have the quality of helping others in need, you will develop Love for everyone, Goodness will flow though you. Then there will be nothing but Happiness for you in life.

Vali was one of the greatest Warriors in the Ramayana, he had no parellel in any form of battle, He could defeat anybody, He could have easily got back Sitadevi immediately by defeating Ravana and give her back to Ramachandra. But Ramachandra wanted to tell everyone that Power is not everything in this world, Love for others, Respect for others is also important, Why Did Ramachandra kill Vali from Behind?, Was it not wrong ?, Vali was no match for Ramachandra in anyway, It was to tell everyone that If your life is bad and if you are immersed in bad things, Your end will also be bad, Vali understood when Ramachandra told him that "He had wasted his Life in pleasures and shown only vengenance towards his Brother and that he had to end his Life like this".
