Latest Update on the Land being Donated:Last week there was a post regarding the 25acres of Land being donated to Shirdi by Mumbai's Malabar Hill resident, Prem Daryanani estimated

by realtor at Rs 1 Crore per acre, to the Sai Baba Temple Trust for

building a World Class Centre where all Spiritual

Leaders can come and evolve a religion that is closer to Sai’s thought- Sab ka maalik ek (God is One).But,As, of the latest reports on News regarding the Donation of 25 acres of Land at Shirdi for Spiritual Centre by the Daryanani Trust,is that the piece of Land being donated is actually a Disputed Property Land. So, the Minister for Law and Trustee of the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust - Shri.Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil has advised the Shirdi Sai Baba Sansthan to stay away from such Disputed Property

/ Land so as to not to fall into any Legal complications later on.Sairam,rOhit beHaL
