I HAD RECIEVED AND AM STILL RECIEVING EMAIL REQUEST FROM LOT MANY INNOCENT SAI

DEVOTEES TO COME ON THEIR PRIORITY LIST.

 

THESE ARE AUTO GENERATED EMAILS FROM YOUR MAIL IDs SENT TO ALL YOUR MAIL

CONTACTS. THESE MAILS KEEP GOING TO YOUR CONTACTS TILL YOUR CONTACTS ACCEPT

THESE INVITATIONS. ONCE ACCEPTED A BOXBE ACCOUNT GETS CREATED IN THEIR MAIL ID

WHICH FURTHER CAPTURES THEIR MAIL CONTACTS AND AUTOMATICALLY STARTS WRITING

INVITATION MAILS TO ALL THEIR CONTACTS.

 

WORST PART IS THESE AUTO GENERATED INVITATIONS FROM BOXBE DO NOT GET CAPTURED IN

SENT ITEMS OF OUR MAIL ID.

 

IF BY MISTAKE YOU ACCEPT THESE INVITATIONS AS I DID WHEN I HAD JUST JOINED SAI

NET COMMUNITY , A BOXBE ACCOUNT GETS CREATED IN YOUR MAIL ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY

AND STARTS SENDING INVITATIONS TO AL YOUR CONTACTS TILL THEY ACCEPT THE

INVITATION TO JOIN THE PRIORITY LIST.

 

 

RECIEVERS GET IRRITATED.

 

SOMETIME BACK I HAD GOT THIS REQUEST POSTED ON MANISHA'A BLOG AS WELL AND AND

WRITTEN INFORMATORY MAILS TO ALL.

Cc: dharminder_suri Sairams to you. This message

may be useful for others also. Hence I am addressing to saidevotees id.

 

I am owner of saimsg & few more groups. It is true and  imprtant for us to see

that no wrong messages go to the devotees and no individuals email id reaches to

the wrong hand.  However when such things happened due to such crucades, when

you send a explanation mail, devotees will certainly understand . Do not worry

for that issue.

 

As a layman I can tell you few points how to take care such crucades in future.

1. Stop the and open a new group in  google with the same name or

new name.  These things happens only in and not in google group.i

have analyzed varrious things and after that, I have decided & moved all my 6

groups and 9 email ID's to google. Googe group has the option to retrieve the

email id's directly from .

2. open a email id with dummy name. for eg: 123  or 012478

the name as 000.(name as 00000 is  must)  When such mail comes since your first

email id in your address represents 00000, your outlook express will hold such

mail in your out box..  When you see a unsent mail certainly you will open and

go through the mail and you will come to know the mail is from somebody else.

delete such mails.  It works well.  No one could send such mails from my email

id till date except one incident appened in id 2 years ago by capturing my

email password.

3. Activation of moderators option.  So that without moderators acceptance none

of the mail will go to any of the memeber . - This is a important function. Also

option is available to blcok / to receive / post / stop sending the mail to any

individual. This helps to control individuals nonsence mails.

 

Some of the Advntages of google group in comparison with

1.Totally virus protected.  You will not get even a single mail with virus in

google / gmail

majority of the mail received through are virus mails.

 

2. Unlimited storage facility. Their slogon says " Donot delete your mails. We

will provide you the enough space " .  They go on incresing the limit.  I have

63,000 mails in saigroup mail in box and 32,000 mails in sent mail box.

3. Pefect control on spam mails. Once you identify till you do not change the

identification all the mails received from the id or word as selected will be

sent to spam mail box..  after 3 days all the mails comes back to in box

without our knowledge..

 

4. All the related replied mails are available with the first mail as

attachment.  No need to search the multiple mails.

5. Multiple options for storing the mails in any other email id. Auto copying to

any other email id and many more.  Go to  setting and see all suh options.

6. No messages / advertisements / girls photographs will appear on the foot of

the message in gmail.  It is a clean slate. Only your message will go to the

reciepient.

MISUSED.

 

I would also like to add that devotees who have received this kind of invitation

please do not consider it a invitation from Sai devotee Dharminder Suri ji and

accept it .Please neglect/ignore  to sign in BOXBE to reply to Dharminder Suri

brother's mail. I am giving here his correct e-mail ID, any devotee who wish to

Sometime back BY MISTAKE I ACCEPTED AN EMAIL INVITATION FROM SOME SAI DEVOTEE

FROM SOME SAI GROUP.

 

Now this Email invitation was a auto generated messages, invitation from BOXBE.

 

After I accepted the invitation from BOXBE immediately auto generated messages

got shot from my account to all my contacts to join BOXBE.Which was

not intentionally sent to any one personally .

 

Can you please CIRCULATE THIS MESSAGE TO ALL THE GROUPS AND help me identify a

techy in our sai circle to counter this SERIOUS PROBLEM.
