The truly humble will be elevated says Jesus Christ.Jesus once told a parable to His people who ranked their goodness high and despised the others. This is true of a story about a Pharisee and a tax collector. The two went up to a temple to offer prayers to the Lord. The Pharisee stood aside and prayed thus , "I thank you God that I am not greedy, dishonest, or an adulterer like everybody else. I thank you that I am unlike the tax collector over there. I keep a fast twice a week and I donate one tenth of my earnings"
