2nd Anniversary of 'SAI GRAMAM' Shirdi Sai Mandir

This Temple which is called the "Dakshin Shirdi Temple" was inaugurated on September 27, 2007. Inauguration Ceremony was spread over three days (September 27, 28 and 29) and the Pooja were conducted by Shri. Pramod Meddi, the Chief Priest of Shirdi Temple and his team.The Temple is run by Sri Sathya Sai Orphanage Trust.

 

The Second Anniversary of Shirdi Sai Idol Installation at the Shirdi Sai Mandir at Sai Gramam, Thonnakkal,

will be celebrated from September 24th to 28th`2009. Chief priest at Shirdi Dileep Sulake Shastri will lead

the Rituals as part of the Ceremony.

 

Program Details :

Rituals such as Kakkad aarathi, Maha Mangala Snanam and Shej Aarathi will be performed at the Mandir on all the Festival days.

 

September 24th`2009 : Njeralathu Harigovindan will perform Sopana Sangeetham at 05:00 Pm

September 25th`2009 : `Duryodhana Vadham’ Kathakali by Margi will be the highlight. Kathakali performance will begin at 7 p.m.

September 26th & September 27th`2009 : Musical evening by T.S. Radhakrishnan and ghazal concert by Umbayi will be held.

September 28th`2009 : A Dance evening will be held by Pranavalayam at 6.30 p.m.

 

Trust Executive Director Mr.Anandakumar said that transport facilities for devotees will be arranged from

Sasthamangalam to Sai Gramam at 08:00 Am, 11:00 Am, 02:00 Pm & 05:00 Pm Daily.
