Do not calculate the length of time you have spent in the company

of the Lord's Name and be happy. Calculate rather the length of time

you have wasted, away from contact and repent. Have that Name ever in

your thoughts and you can brave any calamity. Remember how Seetha

braved the taunts, insults and tortures of the ogresses in Lanka; what

was it that gave her the mental stamina? It was Raamanaam and nothing

else.
