~ IRCTC South Zone Plans Two Days Shirdi Tour Package ~Andhra PradeshP V Krishna Rao01 Dec 2009 VIJAYAWADA : Buoyed by overwhelming response to ‘Bharat Darshan - Southern Tour’ promoted by it, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) is planning to organise another tour in January, 2010 by including more places in the programme.Speaking to Express here today, IRCTC area manager V.S.R Krishna Prasad said

the Sabarimala tour, to be organised from December 14 to 21, had received a good response.As many as 490 people had reserved their tickets either online or in person at IRCTC office in Vijayawada within 20 days.He said the ‘Village on Wheels’ concept was affordable to all sections of people. IRCTC would take care of food and transport expenses and temple darshans along the journey.The area manager said IRCTC was organising one-day or two-day tour programmes to Tirupati and Shirdi too.In the Two day Vijaya Archanam programme being organised to Tirupati from Sunday to Wednesday, each passenger has to pay Rs 2,500. In One day Vijaya Govindam tour programme to Tirupati being organised every week from Monday to Thursday, Rs 1,800 will be charged per ticket."SAI VIJAYA" - the Two-day Shirdi Tour
