BodyThe soul is eternal and the body is perishable, true. But we have toknow the supreme importance of three things: first, the embodimentof Truth; second, the revelation of Truth; third, the manifestationof Truth. It is on earth and through the physical body that the soulcan manifest its own divinity which is the infinite peace, infiniteLight, infinite bliss. This earth is the field of manifestation andat the same time, this earth is the field of realization. God-realization can be achieved only here on earth and not in otherspheres, not on other planets, not in other worlds. So those whocare for God-realization have to come into the world. The soul hasto accept the body because the body is absolutely necessary here onearth for the manifestation of the soul's divinity.On the one hand, when the soul leaves the body, the body cannotfunction; the body dies. On the other hand, when the

soul wants tomanifest, it has to be done in the body, with the body. So we haveto know what we actually want. If we want to negate the body,destroy the body, what can the soul do? It has to leave the body.But if we want to achieve something here on earth and if we feel thenecessity of establishing the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth, thenit has to be done with the conscious help of the body. The body isthe instrument of the soul. In the Katha Upanishad it says: "Thesoul is the Master, the body is the chariot, the reason or intellectis the charioteer and the mind, the reins." The body needs the soul,the soul needs the body. For the realization of the highest anddeepest Truth, the body needs the soul; for the manifestation of thehighest and deepest Truth, the soul needs the body.Baba Said...."The only way to cross the ocean of Maya is to remember ever thefeet of Baba in the

Ultimately, we will experience that Baba,God and our self is one and the same thing.I am a devotee of Baba, but sometimes I am unable to pray to Babawith concentration. How do I get more devotion towards Baba?As Baba said remember Him not only in the biggest but also in thesmallest activity you perform. Remember Him when you

get out fromsleep or before entering sleep, before taking food, before using anynew item, before starting any new activity etc. There is nolimitation or restriction of time, place or situation forremembering Baba and associating Him with our memory in everymundane activity we do. This is the easiest way of devotion. Bydoing so continuously you will develop concentration and establishan inner relation with Him.How do we get pure love towards Baba?It comes gradually and by His grace. Patience with faith is requiredwhich Baba said Shraddha & Saburi. Love does not develop by sheerintellectual understanding of love. It grows like an organicsubstance slowly and imperceptibly. One has to try consistently.Read, think, and speak of Baba's deeds and sayings. If Baba becomesa part of consciousness, love will grow within you. Try to work forHis cause as well, whenever you get a chance and help
