So Says Sai

 

 

 

Practice detachment from now on; practice it little by little, for a day will come sooner or later when you will have to give up all that you hold dear. Do not go on adding to the things which bind you to them. Bind yourself to the great liberator, God.

 

The tongue has oils, fats and greasy substances rolling over it, but it is un-affected by these; it does not become greasy. The eye is un-affected by the collyrium. The mind too must be un-affected by the experiences success and failure, of gain and loss, of wellness and illness; it must be surrendered at the feet of the Lord. Let His 'WILL' prevail. What profit does your little 'will' bring you?
