Guest guest
CHAPTER 61 The race for material wealth, will, eventually, lead to the deterioration of the self. Know that the weight of gold will not attract the Lord to your hearts. Money is the evil that has brought the meaning of love to mere "buying" and "bribing" today. Today's man, lost in the jungles of survival, has bent his head, surrendering his life to the power of worldly riches. Respect is no more earned by developing divine virtues and strengths - No! It is only weighed by the size of one's bank balance. Family treasures are no more the love and support one shares for a lifetime, but it has been degraded by bringing in differences with status and money between one's own brothers and sisters. The power of money is evil and has entrapped the weak mind of man with its false promise of "bare riches". Education has lost its worth by giving it a "monetary value". Students select their life time occupations, not depending upon the service the field may offer to the community, but instead, chooses it on the basis of what he can grab from the community. Yes, all want to become rich - rich in corruption, greed and sorry worries! That is all what money will give you, My dears, and the rest it will only take.Let the exemplary life of Lord; not become a mere tale. Being the heir to the throne of Ayodhya, surrounded by all comforts and material wealth - He still walked on the thorns of life to protect dharma, giving up all - even the love of - to gain Lord Himself! He was the king that dressed in the robes of duty, in the jewels of love and wore the crown of dharma (righteousness). The king that vowed the silence of sacrifice, saw only with the eyes of justice, heard each command with obedience and the cries of the distressed with utmost kindness; and the king who showed that prayer can be lived, that devotion to God must be offered to each one of His forms and that living to attain God is the only wealth and the only hidden treasure that you must seek. Know that the life of Lord Rama has only left for you a trail of footprints that you must follow. Make your life the same sacrifice and be rewarded with true knowledge - that is the wealth that will only keep! Turn the evil of money into goodness of charity. Believe Me, this money will not buy you a ticket to travel to My home - And My home is your final return! Money must serve the needs, but you must have no need to serve money! Break away from this race that deludes you with its starting point - but once the run begins, you will know that the final point in this race will always be a few paces further - and then further more until one day, your end will come, and the race will still not be over.- Divine Messages received and recorded by Mrs Seema M Dewan(Copyright reserved by the Author) 'Sai Divine Inspirations' is now on Facebook!Facebook link : http://www.facebook.com/saidivineinspirationsBlog link : http://saidivineinspirations.blogspot.com/
