CHAPTER 62 Silence

is the only language that will allow you to communicate with the

"divine", at all times! You must maintain an "evenness" in your

temperament, not allowing the volcanoes of emotional outbursts to erupt

- bringing with it destruction that will consume the present and carry

into the future. Yes! Emotions react with no logic, no patience, no

compassion, with only a selfishness, that will only bring misery and

uproot the peace in you. It is only a coward that reacts with the

passion of emotion, crying tears in hysteria, with a language of anger,

trying to inflict and blame his pain on others. But does the pain

really lessen by reacting in this insane fashion? This self-pity, My

dears, will only envelope you in the coffin of constantly being

delirious.You

live in a war zone, constantly fearing the "attacks" of others, and you

have chosen to react with anger, as your only armor of defense. This

"offensive defense mechanism" will not take you far, will never resolve

any issue, and will only take a little more of your strength that

withholds your mind in peace. Once you have allowed anger to represent

you, then it will only be anger that will speak the words for you, it

will only be anger that will listen to words of hatred and malice, and

it will only be anger that will act as your ambassador to destroy every

love that you have known and lived with. Yes! The real you will be lost

in the anger, and the anger will falsely take its name as you. No, My

child! Do not be ready to give up your identity so easily. Know

that emotions can be controlled - by your simple command of "No"! Do

not be teased by your emotions - the one that will be ignored, will

eventually tire and will be forced to "retire", forever! Believe Me, in

every circumstance you can react with love, with a smile of patience

and with the strength to maintain peace, making the enemy's attack

futile with the courageous defense that welcomes and endures every

attack. Carry with you always the strength of divine will, the peace of

humble surrender and the love of a hundred mothers. Bring into you a

heart of sacrifice and a spirit of "giving goodness". Let your eyes

shed the water of salt with the joy that you are chosen as My

ambassador - to speak only with silence, react to another's weakness as

your strength to accept, fighting every battle that will make the man

in you, God, and walking this life as your last lapse in your journey

to reach Me, forever. Let your time be spent only with Me, and with

this time, let all your other false identities take their leave, slowly

revealing the true name, the true form, and the real life within you.

Let the silence of God surround you - the silence that speaks the words

of His wisdom, His truth and His glory! Let the peace of His presence

be known to you starting now, and always. Reach out, touch His hand,

and let His love take away the anger, the tears of frustration, and the

shadow of selfishness that you think to be the self - reach out, search
