Guest guest
CHAPTER 70 Do not live, merely, hoping to change, but live the hope and change! In each hope, lies the shadow of faith - breathe that faith, and the faith of pureness will cross the path of God. The way you live, today, cannot continue, for the day will come, when you are bound to face the poverty - the poverty of an empty heart that hungers for true love and resents its state of never ending greed. The one that experiences the greed of wealth has started to run the race that will never end. He will weave his own self in a web of attachments - a web that will restrict his movement and blind him to his own home of peace. The heart that only desires will develop the mind that will know only anger - the anger of unfulfillment and the frustration of short-term failures. The one that only aspires to fill his own pot of gold, will constantly look upon with envy on another's pot - in the constant hope of grabbing another's wealth to make himself the richest - Yes! The richest miser that will never know the true wealth of charity. Greed, My dears, will never bring you a moment's peace and will never show you true happiness. Man begins his search of "wanting more" as a young child, finding happiness in toys and other gifts that allow him to understand love associated with a "value" - the love money can buy! But such love will never find contentment - it will only breed insecurities and restlessness. This same child will grow, one day, to be the man that will believe love to be a "merchandise" - but will face constant disappointments upon his failures of "owning" love. Each failure he faces will degrade his true wealth of divinity even further, for he will, one day, put a price on every principle he believes in, his character, his virtues and morals, and even hurt the ones who nurtured and loved him, once. Such a man has sold his "self", and will, one day, wake up with no self respect, no self confidence and with no faith in his own self.Imagine, O child, the loss he will suffer on that day. He will have a bed of gold to lie on, but no sleep, no rest and no friend. He will be surrounded by all the worldly riches - yet he will find himself to be all alone. Alone, I say, for the one that owns a "purchased heart", will never know the joy in sharing. With every pot of gold he owns, he has bought himself only a few more worries – the worries of hiding this treasure, the worries of spending the treasure, and the worries of constantly guarding it and replenishing it. No, My dears, open your hand, and let these coins of gold fall! Open your eyes to see the shine and glitter of the real gold! - the wealth that you are born with, and the only wealth that you will take back with you when life has left this body - the wealth of God that lives as the "self" within you - the wealth that has the jewels of love, peace, truth and unfailing character! The wealth of God will save you from the worries of "keeping" and will only let you experience the joy in "giving". Sleep, My dears, with restful minds, only to awaken in a peaceful world. Do not let greed obstruct the flow of your wealth of purity. "Wanting" will never result in really "attaining" God. Remember, there is a choice you must make - you can either give up all your material wealth, while alive, and make Me the only wealth that you will dearly hold on to until and after death, or you can hold on to the worldly riches only until death, and take nothing back with you. Yes! A choice between the gift that you will hold today and will perish tomorrow, or the gift that will belong to you, eternally!- Divine Messages received and recorded by Mrs Seema M Dewan(Copyright reserved by the Author) 'Sai Divine Inspirations' is now on Facebook!Facebook link : http://www.facebook.com/saidivineinspirationsBlog link : http://saidivineinspirations.blogspot.com/
