The fundamental teaching of the culture of Bharat is love. For generations, youth have been advised, encouraged and taught by precept and example to love the poor, the helpless, the handicapped and the disabled, for the same spark of divinity that is in us, is also active in them. Be lamps of love, there is no need for any other Sadhana (spiritual practice). Love and loving service of others will confer on you the grace of God.
