great teacher is one who has the knowledge of the Self imprinted in his

heart. The individual who can welcome this truth and is eager to know

it alone deserves to be a pupil. The seed must have the life principle

latent in it. The field must be ploughed and made fit for sowing. If

both these conditions are fulfilled, the spiritual harvest will be

bountiful.
