CHAPTER 1While the world sleeps in the bed made of lies, you must be determined to stay awake and be vigilant at all times. The truth will become your faith, only when it is

constantly practiced. The mind, My dears, will never rest - hence know that the battle will not cease, until each thought is silenced with My name. Every moment brings with it another desire - desires that may be simple or complex. Whatever may be the desires, realize that each one of

them must be resisted, ignored, and sacrificed so that each thought that erupts will only submerge in its rejection. Each desire that is entertained, will only grow, and when the "wants" become too many, know that the bars of attachment have encircled you, making you the prisoner of continual thoughts. The one that will continuously blabber without a moment's rest of silence, will never utter a word of wisdom. Similarly, the one whose mind only races without experiencing one moment of peace, will never know the stability of being in total control. Know that the "thinker" will always surround himself with fears - the fears that will lead to his future agitations and anxieties. The mind that fears, My dears, will never know the truth of faith - will never experience the stream of self-confidence - will never escape the claws of doubts - will

never sleep with contentment and will never be eager to awaken to another daylight. The one that fears, will only defend with his weakness

of irritability and short outbursts of anger. The one that is angry with his own self, can never accept the happiness and smiles of joy of another. Yes! Such a person is only bitter - bitter with the tastes of his own unfulfilled desires. The one that lives amongst the fires of desires,

will surely sacrifice the truth for his short-term gains. When the hunger of greed will envelope the mind, the tongue will slip, several times, in the puddle of untruths. Even though each desire can be justified by the mind, accepted by the ego and the intellect, know that the self will only hurt in the pain of deceit. Know that desire is the mountain, that will, one day, crumble with the avalanche of restlessness

and will fall upon you with its stress of failures. What you desired yesterday,

is not your want of today, and what you want today, will be of insignificance, tomorrow. You run this race where you always fear of someone else being more ahead of you. Your mind remains exhausted of all

desires, and in this insanity of fatigue, you look for peace! Learn, My

dears, to be content - content with all you have, content wherever you are, content whoever you are with, and force the mind to accept the reality, forbidding it to tease you, any further, with its wishful fantasies.Live the life of purity with God, and let the seed of desire never germinate. Engage the mind only in the tasks of God - focus the mind in the strength of His goodness, and then you will see that the thoughts that will emanate will only be the verses of love, the scriptures of truth, and the humble offering of service. With love as the melody, the mind will dance to the rhythm of its new found freedom.- Divine Messages received and recorded by Mrs Seema M Dewan(Copyright
