He suffers from failure to his heart muscle, and will die without a very expensive operation (i.e.a transplantation). The internet provider ISP has offered to sponsor: They pay 0.01 US dollars per email that is sent for this purpose, having the subject name: SOLIDARIDAD CON BRIAN. Next to the boys bed in hospital is a notebook with a modem that counts the emails. In total 11.5 million emails are needed to cover the total costs for his operation. So, help Brian, and copy and send this email to all the People you know,but be sure the subject is SOLIDARIDAD CON BRIAN. Only then the ISP can recognise it.
