Dear Administrator,

Some of mails that are coming to the egroup members are avoidable and need not have reached all the memebers. One such mail is below. We should not burden members with avoidable mail (I dont say junk mail) . We should devise ways of communicating regarding any quiries to specific individuals on their email addresses and not to the egroup address ( my apologies, I am also doing the same, as I have no other way of communicating)

I think, those who send communications from Samratchana to e group members should give their individual email addresses at the bottom of the message and solicit responses to their email addresses only , and the memebers thereafter should communicate with them on their addresses only and not on the egroup address.

Hope members agree with this.
