WELCOME TO THE BABA'S BIRTHDAY Celebration at Sree RamaRajyam , Kelambakkam, Chennai.dated: 28th Jan/ 2002. SAMRATCHANA cordially invites everyone of you & Rejoice & Partake the Blessings of BABA. "Shivashankara Mahatmiyam"-Dance drama of the Life of Shivashankar Baba from 1983 to 2001 & various other cultural programmes & food for everyone. Since it is also Paurnami & Thai Poosam. There will be yagams. Last year,on 28th/Jan/ 2001, On Baba's birthday, a mega medical camp with the support of noble Samratchana Doctors & volunteers was conducted at Vengaleri village., with free food for all of them with all aspects of medical treatments, dental, X-ray & other equipments, in which about 4000 patients from the surrounding villages got benefited, all done with service mind. In fact, on Oct/ 2nd/2000 ,on Gandhi Jayanthi, a Mega medical camp with all medical facilities took place with Blessings of Baba , in which about 4500 people benefited from surrounding villages.But not one journalist was present to record this major service. Medical camps operate regularly every Sunday at Vengaleri Village & at Thaiyur village every Saturday., providing free medical treatment with medicines with free food.,Thereby, it is of a great help to the people in the villages & of course, Samratchana volunteers providing training for computers, typewriting ,tailoring & giving tuitions for the needy students. Not to mention the vocation of courses offered at Samratchana with freeVedas, music, dance ,drama, Reiki, yoga, tailoring, tuitions, legal cell, medical cell. CARING NATURE OF SHIVASHANKAR BABA - Thoughts Everyone is hankering after an Ocean of Happiness.But, in the form of Society, Family, Friends & Mundane Love , We are getting no more than a Drop of water. Our Satisfaction is never achieved as the small rivulets,lakes and ponds are never filled with water in the dry season. BUT BABA'S LOVE IS ABUNDANT, IMPARTIAL & ETERNAL. During the rainy season, All living entities in the land, sky and water become very much refreshed ,EXACTLY ONE WHO ENGAGES IN THE TRANSCENDENTAL LOVING SERVICE OF THE LORD. In addition to the Roaring Thunder of the clouds, there is an appearance of a rainbow, which stands as a Bow, without a string. THE RAINBOW RESTS ON THE SKY SO BEAUTIFULLY ,WITHOUT A STRING. SIMILARLY, WHEN THE SUPREME LORD DESCENDS TO THIS MATERIAL WORLD, HE APPEARS JUST LIKE AN ORDINARY HUMAN BEING. BUT HE IS NOT RESTING ON ANY MATERIAL CONDITION. His efforts to unite the entire world by LOVE .There is no distinction in religion, caste/ creed, rich or poor, male or female ,no age bar. BABA loves everyone ,without any partiality. BABA sees everyone as the ATHMA. BABA has no ego. After the New year function, on 2nd/Jan/01 ,after the Narayana Samaradhanai, there was food for the devotees. After the devotees ate the food. BABA did Angapradakshanam ( rolling on the ground) on the eaten Banana leaves of the devotees. BABA has been doing this since 3 years. BABA considers everyone of you as God & undertakes this divinely service. & on Vijayadashami day( the last day of Dasara in Oct), BABA did Sumangali pooja for 9 married ladies , kanni pooja for small girls, by washing their feet & applying kungam & turmeric & then fell at their feet . & also washed the feet of the Priest who conducted the Homam & fell at their feet. This proves, BABA respects People & has no ego. BABA undergoes rigorous fasting. even at a stretch of 48 days. & has only liquids. & has undergone Kailash Yatra 9 times in a row. Every work of BABA has a meaning to it. and the list goes on................................ What is it, That the Memories of BABA never fade , rather remains fresh as ever, Even when you are Miles & Miles Apart & make you Yearn & Long for his Love. You could think of Baba, when in a Happy moment or even if your feel low, His Presence is always felt always within You. & he sure, walks your Life's pathway, guiding You through out. Above all, HE does everything with only Human strength, not displaying HIS SPIRITUAL POWERS.
