Last Upadesa of BABA in Orlando

Hi all,

Just as we were all about to pack up and leave from Orlando on

Monday, BABA called us and said.. ' Here is the last Upadesa for today' and

said this...

 

Service (Spiritual life ) is living for others while survival (

Materialistic life) is NOT living for others. There is duality like this in

all aspects of life and if we understand this duality, then there will be no

confusion.

Eating - You can eat; You can eat and still fast if u offer everything u eat

to Krishna

Talking - You can talk; You can talk and be Mounam if u talk ONLY about the

Lord

Sleepiing - You can sleep out of tiredness; You can go into Yogic sleep in

deep thought of the Lord

Dress - You can dress for ur self; You can dress and still be nirvan by

dressing th Lord in your mind.

 

Know the Essense of this duality and be happy. Do EVERYTHING in the name of

GOD and Thought of GOD and HE will ensure that you dont make a mistake cos

it is HE who is doing it all.
