I felt - I will do that today...... I went to Nilankarai and shared this idea with Baba.... Actually I showed a Lap top presentation .... With His usual Divine Smiles and Jokes... Baba blessed and gave a Green signal. The Mission is : Getting employment for the unemployed and under-employed..... This is not a new idea - Many man power agencies are doing the same... What is the difference ? 1) The wish is to collect resumes from unemployed / under - employed ( looking for better prospects) 2) Create Database - and sort them based on education and experience... 3) Look out for Jobs openings and match the available resource. 4) Utilising Existing Contact - who are in need of right candidates. 5) Developing Contact with HR depts.. and helping a deserving candidate. 6) Training frequently on preparing for an Interview 7) Training regularly on Contemporary Market Dynamic ...Professional can deliver the guidance.. 8) Above all - Training the unemployed brothers and sisters to cross this stage in life - without depression/agony... by Highlighting the importance of understand the Supreme Power and HIS Master Plan...(The Value of - Life with Values) We will not collect any money from the Employer and from the Candidates - This is our Service to the society... The prayer is " We wish to be Called by our Baba " - " These are my Children " .... If we aspire for this DESIGNATION... we have to work for that to obtain the same.... I have made a small beginning in this venture - by the Grace of Baba: I have formed a small company...with few young / like-minded people... A separate open forum for professional training may be created consisting of the trainees and professionals willing to share their experiences. This might give some direction and help to the freshers or those looking for better oppurtunities.
