Madhu, You might have to wait for a longer time than usual as the site now is incorporated with Flash. I did go through the voiceofbaba.org and the site is good and fast loading although in flash. But there are some points which needs to be incorporated. As I am on a dialup, the site has no provision for downloading using getright or any download manager. There should be a seperate link in html for downloading the speech. This is a better idea always. Or another suggestion would be to have a low end html site also side by side. Have 2 links, flash version and html version. Let people choose between the 2.
