Position : Senior Hardware/ System Profile

Qualification : BE/ MCA Experience : 5 – 8 years of experience

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Technical capability:

Ability design and develop microprocessor and microcontroller basedboards with FPGA ( Alterra or Xilinx) and DSP implementation.

Ability to work with PCB design tools like Cadence or Mentor Graphics withknowledge of Signal Integrity Checks

Ability to ensure manufacturability with good understanding of Hardwaremanufacturing process. Experience in designing of test jigs and ICTs

System level design and integration d. Understanding of Image Processingalgorithms desirable Process Capability

a. Good grip on project and program management and exposure to qualitysystems. Ability plan and track programs

b. Ability to conduct design reviews, verification and validation atsystem and subsystem level.

c. Ability to lead cross functional teams

PEOPLE CAPABILITY:

Ability to drive teams on stretch goals and create an environment ofinnovation and creativity

Excellent Communication skills.
