Guest guest
Shankaram Siva Shankaram St.Isidore of Seville, in interpreting the Psalms in the seventh century, seconded the idea that tears produce satiety. " Lamenting, " he wrote, " is the food of souls. " Quoted from Tom Lutz's, Crying: The Natural and Cultural History of Tears. How truely and closely it relates to Baba's words that, Spirituality is all about living in ceaseless thoughts of the 'Paramathma' and that in shedding tears for Him, ceaselessly thinking of Him, desperately crying to unite with Him unable to bear the separation, we can attain Oneness with the Paramathama. " Lamenting for the 'Paramathma', is the food of our souls. "
