I created a tinyurl link because messes up the hyperlink if it is too long and may not work. This time I created a tinyurl again. http://tinyurl.com/4dssv If this doesnt work, you can directly access it from the files section. The file is uploaded to the files section and the hyperlink to it is what is converted to this tiny link.
