I tried calling him on his mobile to thank him for the mail. I got a nice Pubjabi song - I will thank him later... Sukumaran Sir - All the egroup members are so so so fortunate to get such mails. Many of these Miracles, instances - may not be available in printed form for us. We thank Baba for His Love, Divine Guidance and This E-Group. The Subject line : "The Problem with our Baba"..intentionally, I have typed The Subject line of this mail - so that, you will click and read this mail as soon as open the mail box:) Now I have to justify the Subejct Title : What is the Problem with Baba... Let me be very open with our own Samratchana Family Members.. Our Siva Shankara Baba - has a Very Big Problem. What is it ? The Problem is - We with our Limited Knowledge trying to Judge Him We expect a Mahan / Saint / Avatar / Yogi / Siddha Purusha / Baba - the way we assume ..Which is the Greatest problem with in us... In REALITY - Baba has NO problem AT ALL. He is there to Solve and RE-Solve all our Problems for us I was working as the Vice President for Synergy Images - Bangalore. This is an Excellent Company with an Excellent Pay package.. I was Heading The Sales Team to get orders for developing "Websites" from Chennai. Yes, I did get lot of interesting leads, We did send our Proposals - but For the past 3 months - not a single order obtained In my professional career in the past 16 years - I was always a "Sachin'" in the Organisation. I, myself was feeling very bad about my NON - performance. WE were going totally wrong in Pricing. If we offer our services at Rs.100/- for the same service with same tools were given at Rs.9/- by the next person. Hence, not a single order signed. Now the "PROBLEM"..I never tell my Problems to Baba... I go to Baba - enjoy the Samratchana Songs, Enjoy Baba's message, Eat prasadam, Take elders blessings like Vidya aunty and others, Share some fond memories with Suresh Krishna Uncle, Above all Take the Blessings of Baba, Enjoy and Recharge..After coming home, my wife will ask did you tell Baba your problem. My regular answer is NO But, My Problems will get solved one by one is a smooth way MY Police station story is still pending to be shared with you all Before that Let me share this good news... I was wondering, what to do in my current profile as a Non Performer As usual, went to Kelambakkam, Enjoyed Baba, Jokes and Message.. I did not voice my problems to Baba - as usual Came home with Baba's prasadam.. I got a call from Ajith George, who worked with me in Sify : "Krish - I am joining Dhanus Technologies as Head - Sales , for VTel - Calling Cards- Can you join me as General Manager and lead the sales team ? I told me I am now a Vice President - the offer is for GM Sales - OK - this is what Baba want - I will take it Again went to Ramrajyam - took the blessings - Baba smiled at me more than usual I too smiled at him like the new Bride at First Night Got His blessings and came home I sent a mail to this Egroup asking for information regarding Calling Cards. Lot of Brothers and Sisters send me details - which helped me to prepare for the interview. I thank all of them for the same - This is also a Blessing of Baba for me My interview was with the Director Sales and Marketing - Mr.Nagaraj. After the interview - Mr.Nagaraj gave me the Glad news. Instead of GM - Sales - I was given the "Head -Marketing" What more can I pray for ? Hope, Now my brothers and Sisters can understand the real problem we have. Many a times, we think that only if we tell Baba - He knows our problem.. Sorry this is not so ... We are just limiting His level by assuming so ...But He much much more powerful. I am joining Dhanus Technologies on 30th April. I thank everyone for the same and MY Love to BABA.. The Problem Solving Baba - Who has No Problem - Our Problems are His Problems.
