Recently our beloved Baba gave us a new year/ early birthday gift by announcing that he will be travelling to USA, Europe and give us a chance to meet him personally and have his darshan during his tripTo help facilitate the planning of his USA trip, i was thinking it will be easier if we can first gather all the address and other contact details of " all the devotees in USA " , so that we can first identify how many total devotees are in USA and also the closest big city or town as we might not be familiar with the names of small town/ suburbs and it will be easier to organize.

Also i thought if we fill the number of persons

staying in your home, it will give us an idea of how many people will need accommodation when we plan our beloved Baba's tripAlso in the meanwhile, we can try to get in touch with the other devotees who are closest to

your local city and try to plan accordinglyOnce we come to know more details about Baba's intended duration of stay in USA and his travel choices/preferences, we can plan and try to see if we can plan his trip, so that maximum number of devotees can get a chance to meet him in person during his short trip

So please fill your details in the attached excel sheet and send it asapAlso this is only my opinion and in case you have any other suggestions please feel free to add it to help make it simple and more efficient
