Shankaram Siva Shankaram

One person whom I was acquainted with,

had received the Ambal's mantra from Pudukottai Swamigal. Once he chanced to

meet me at Mangattu Amman temple and said that despite chanting the mantra

three crore times, he had not received any spiritual experience till then. He

had just been counting numbers and had not actually immersed himself in the

mantra. God is not a number. He is our Nanbar (Friend).

How can a person who keeps count of

numbers have the divine vision of the Goddess? Either you merge with the mantra

and through that with God, or keep counting numbers like a kindergarten child.

Only one of the above things is possible in a given time. Those who keep

count of numbers cannot melt into oneness with the Divine. They can utmost

become an expert in numbers, numerology or become computer wizards or some such

but would never be able to receive the vision of God.

"It is the mark of primitive

culture to imagine that simplicity is barbarian and complexity is highly

advanced.The greatest complexity is the greatest simplicity. Indeed it is

utterly elegant in its simplicity. The Master understands this. Highly evolved

systems of governance, for instance, involve virtually no governance at all,

save self governance. That is why a highly evolved being lives in simplicity".

gift is the sharing of God's power"

and believe in the goodness of God's creation"

"Absolute power demands

absolutely nothing"

"God is everything and God

becomes everything. There is nothing which God is not, and all that God is

experiencing of Itself, God is experiencing in, as, and through you"

Absolute. I am absolutely everything and therefore I need, want and demand

absolutely nothing".

Siva Shankar Baba

knows this Cosmic Secret. He has

won the favours of Muruga, who has led him to Shakthi and through her, Siva.

And now God is my Friend and He looks upon me as His Friend. What else is there

to seek of life?

 

Whatever I am today, is thanks to Muruga’s Compassionate Grace and I am very

grateful to Him. If you understand this, you will know why it is important to

sing Muruga’s praises and seek His Grace to mellow your heart into a crimson

pink Lotus that can serve as His throne.

 

In the year 1986 at Palani Hills, Lord Skanda appeared in his princely

form before Siva Shankar (Baba) and instructed him to carry out the mission of

uplifting humanity to the ultimate truth - God.

 

Lord Skanda gave Siva Shankar three instructions:

 

1. No need to don the robes of a Sanyasi.

 

2. Do not seek to accept anything in return for the services you render to

people.

 

3. Continue to lead a family life and live with the family until your duties

are done.

 

Learn to love God directly as the one worth loving. If your love

is sincere, then concentrate on knowing everyone as a form of God you love. But

never develop attachment. That will turn into a source of annoyance for you.

You will miss this world during the time you spend on someone, because

attachment has limitations. Loving God will never leave you depressed, because

only God is a Limitless Phenomenon."

 

Do you need Me ? I am there.

You cannot see Me, yet I am the light you see by.

You cannot hear Me, yet I speak

through your voice.

You cannot feel Me, yet I am the

power at work in your hands.

I am at work, though you do not

understand My ways.

I am not strange visions. I am not

mysteries.

Only in absolute stillness, beyond

self, can you know Me

as I AM, and then but as a feeling

and a faith.

Yet I am here. Yet I hear. Yet I

answer.

When you need ME, I am there. Even if

you deny Me, I am there.

Even when you feel most alone, I am

there.

Even in your fears, I am there. Even

in your pain, I am there.

I am there when you pray and when you

do not pray.

I am in you, and you are in Me.

Only in your mind can you feel

separate from Me,

for only in your mind are the mists

of "yours" and "mine".

Yet only with your mind can you know

Me and experience Me.

Empty your heart of empty fears.

Get yourself out of the way, I am

there.

You can of yourself do nothing, but I

can do all. And I AM in all.

Though you may not see the good, good

is there, for I am there.

Only in Me does the world have

meaning;

only out of Me does the world take

form;

only because of ME does the world go

forward.

I am the law on which movement of

stars

and growth of living cells are

founded

I am the love that is the law's

fulfilling. I am assurance.

I am peace. I am oneness. I am the

law that you can live by.

I am the love that you can cling to.

I am your assurance.

I am ONE with you. Though you fail to

find ME, I do not fail you

Though your faith in Me is unsure, My

faith in you never wavers,

because I know you, I love you. Beloved, I AM there.
