Shankaram Siva Shankaram.

 

This is an incident that occurred in Buddha's Life. One day, Buddha called all his disciples and asked, "Do you have any questions?" Everyone asked, "Why Swamy?" Buddha replied, “I am going to enter Maha Samadhiâ€. That means, to sit in Deep Meditation. Later, he would not talk, be silent and attain Samadhi.

They all started crying. "When I asked if you have any questions, you have all started crying?†said Buddha. They replied that they cannot think of any questions in this mood. So Buddha took leave and decided to sit under the tree. At that time, one man from the village came running towards the Buddha. "Please request Buddha not to go into meditation. I need answers for many questions". The devotees retorted, “Sinner, for the last ten years, Buddha was in your place only. Daily, he used to walk past your shop. That time, not even one day you had a question for him. And today, when Buddha wanted to go

peacefully to sit in Samadhi, you want to ask him a question? The villager pleaded, “Then, I was very, very busy. I had to take care of my business. If Buddha goes away, now whom will I ask? That is why, I came running.â€

Hearing all this, Buddha came to him. His disciples said, "He is a fool. Why have you come for him?†The Buddha replied, " I have answers for all the questions. Finally, in the end, even when one person wants to ask me a question, I am waiting to answer himâ€. This is the incident in Buddha's life.

"If there is even one person waiting with just a single question, I am also waiting to answer himâ€. Today, Siva Shankar Baba is operating through the ‘Atma’ (Soul). I have transcended the body. When this blue ‘Jyothi’ (Light) shone in my forehead, from that day onwards, I changed into the Spirit. Ater that, there is no body. That is why all your experiences are related to the Soul. Everyone who comes here is related to through the Spirit

Without knowing this truth you are hankering after materialistic status and wealth. If you want to leave it, hold onto a higher level – ‘The Paramathma’ (Supreme One). Desire for the ‘Paramathma’. This desire like, "Survival of the Fittest" will crunch other desires and burn it out.

 

Renunciation is not running away from worldly activities. You should not become inactive in the name of Spirituality. And, I am the best example of this. If you observe me, you will realize that I do so many tasks by myself, without feeling any stress. If I can do this, why not you? This is my message to you.

Know that the best type of renunciation is being able to carry out your responsibilities, always meditating on God. I have been able to conduct this Spiritual mission, without expecting anything from anybody, selflessly caring for the people, that every single thing we do, can be done as a form of penance. What counts is purity of heart and not any external affectation.

Life is not a serious matter. Life should not laugh at you. You should laugh at life. It is very simple. This is the complete matter – Pooranatthuvam. Complete bliss, life is not running and hiding in a forest. Do your duties, remembering God in your thoughts, while doing your daily duties to your family. Life is a mixture of colors. We all are ordinary mortals. Life is a beautiful thing and you can make it more beautiful if you know the art of balancing life. Every minute, you can lead a perfect life. Small things… Every sentence can be spoken with sense. You can laugh at

somebody, laugh at it. Before Life could laugh at you, you should laugh at Life.

True love is not keeping anything for the self, not hiding anything and giving everything. If you want to give to only some people, then, that is not Love. When this love grows, you will reach out to all people in the world impartially. I have something. So, you also can share it. Such ‘giving’ is only True Love. The stage where Lord Shiva drank poison to safeguard and protect all living beings, in this world. If good has to happen to the world, with true love for the people in this world, then for the sake of True Love, I will even drink Poison. This sort of a mind

set.

What will people who don’t have love do? They will hide and hoard everything within themselves saying, they need it all for themselves. What will people with Love say, "If you want my bone also, you can take it." This is the highest stage in Love. The Love of Kannapa Nayanar towards Lord Shiva, by offering his eyes for the Lord, is an example. Without knowing this truth you are hankering after materialistic status and wealth. I am an Instrument in the Hands of God.

I never wanted to become a saint and all this is part of His plan. I was out and out a worldly man and it is God who has taken total control over my life, guided me to complete my worldly experiences and be done with it. He cancelled out my past bondage because I underwent all the experiences destined for me on this earth with equanimity of mind, knowing that whatever He does is for good. And then He made me His Instrument.

So, logically, it will be He who will place the next step for me; and that is my message. I definitely do believe that I am the spiritual light of this age and the chosen man of this time. But this, time alone will prove; what is the point in my telling you?

Time will prove me right.
