Guest guest
Shankaram Shiva Shankaram Love is a feeling . It is a thought you should develop the trait of crying for god within your heart. Wherever you are when you think of me i will know. How can one be a mahaan, if he cannot understand love??. I can identify the overflowing love from your thoughts, wherever you are. I have opened my eyes & have practiced meditation. Mine is very simple , This is called Sagaza Yogam. When you come to Samratchana , you know that baba takes care of you. Baba loves you, that is all, what else is there?? When a person loves you. He will also take care of you , this is very simple. When baba loves you, then he will only do good for you. If he has to do bad, why does he have to love you? Is it not? Only good will hapen to you. Because a person who loves you, will also take care of you. So, you should not be a witness & you should become a performer. When we pray to god, we must request him to grant us, whatever is good for us, for he is the best judge. I will do only, what is good for you,. A mother will feed her child on time, irrespective of whether the child cries for food or not. Similarly, god understands your needs & fulfills them accordingly. You need not even cry for him. He himself takes care of your needs. But, you are not even prepared to understand that he is doing what is good for you. You assume that he is being cruel towards you, which is not true. Guru's grace is like an ocean, if a disciple brings a small vessel, he will get only that quantity. But if he brings a large vessel, he will get lots of grace. It depends on each person. ..*** Sri Ramanar has said" to be associated with a mahaan & gaining their grace & blessings is due to your previous births good deeds. For those in their previous births, who have done shiva pooja, japas, penance & holy pilgrimages regularly ,they obtain a good sadguru ,a true mahaan. How the coconut tree bends & curves for the sun's light. Why don't you bend for the god's light?? Pleasure & pain are themselves illusions. The stage beyond both pleasure & pain is Gnanam or wisdom. Your heart reflects pleasure & pain. Your past actions are the reason for joy & sorrow. To face the consequences of past actions, either the person does a lot of good deeds, gets frustrated with life and becomes spiritual. It is like, if you are fed up with sweets continuously, over a point of time, you start hating that taste. And will be prepared to bite into even a raw chilly. So, too, someone who has been deprived of sweets, will nourish a burning desire for sweets. What this shows, is too much pleasure is to be done away with.... A devotee will face only tests, he will never face defeats. devotees would have been tested ,but for a better future your miseries or joys do not happen without his knowledge. He has generated the pleasures & pains of life ,only for your good. In world history, all those held onto the lord's feet ,despite suffering maximum in the world, are worshipped and placed in a pedestal. You should also hold on to god whatever you are forced to face in life.. An azhwar beseeched the lord" please rest your feet on my head a second time". His neighbour asked him" when was the first time., god placed his feet on your head.?" to which the azhwar replied," when the lord took the vamana avatar, he measured the earth with his foot. I would have definitely existed at that point of time. Then, is'nt it true, that he placed his feet on my head"? Everyone in this world has had the blessing of god's lotus feet.all of you are close to god. You cannot reach god by your will. God will captivate you at the right point of time. He will subdue the results of your actions & grant you the bliss of being moved by his thoughts and yearning for him. For there is nothing more ecstatic than yearning for god. Life is an obstacle race. Hurdles will come your way. Only you have to cross them carefully. Whoever succeeds in this obstacle race becomes god. A devotee should not become discouraged because of the obstacles he has to face in life. This is true devotion. Once, when i went to America, i was invited to speak in a very reputed scientific university. After i spoke, there was a question & answer session. There one Ph.d student asked me "how Ramakrishna Paramahamsa showed god to Vivekananda, can you similarly , show god to me now? I asked him "what have you studied" he replied "Ph.d in physics"i asked "what have you discovered, the whole truth or the fraction of the truth". He replied" fraction of the truth".I asked him again "for this, how much have you struggled"? He said" nine years", i asked "for this, how many years, have you worked for , in a day" . He said" 14 hours". So i asked him" to discover only a fraction of the truth, you have taken 9 years, what you are asking is god, the whole truth. How do you expect me to give the whole truth in one second."????? Your question is" Ramakrishna gave to Vivekananda. Vivekananda did’nt go & get it directly. .He searched the whole country & went to every Swami ji & asked ,whether ,they have seen god. There was a search in it. When his search was coming to an end, then as a result, he found Ramakrishna . This is the truth. Do you think that Ramakrishna showed god to everyone who came ?? No!! .Vivekananda had a search. There was persistence in his search. His atma was stabilized. That is why, he was able to bring out. Mahaans very well know, whom to give, when to give, what to give, where to give , how much to give!!! It is not important what a mahaan gives you, but the real test is , to which extent ,you are receiving it with faith."Renunciation is not running away from worldly activities. You should not become inactive in the name of spirituality. And ,i am the best Example I Am always with you , Love , Blessings & Big Hug - Baba Chant & be Happy " shankaram Shiva Shankaram" Mahalaxmi Try the new India Homepage.
