Guest guest
HI, Yes, I've heard that maple syrup is just sugar, and also that it is less problematic On the other hand, there are beneficial effects to some sugars. At least a couple add " slipperiness " to parts of the body that make them less amenable to bacteria taking hold, and thus to infections. There is one sugar-based spray that clears out the nasal passages wonderful, thus washing out upper respiratory tract infections. Another, taken orally in powder form does the same for urinary tract infections. Best to all, Karen Milstein

Guest guest
Thanks Karen... I was also told to always add sugar to yogurt... Let the friendly bacteria eat and proliferate in the yogurt because then they will do more good when they are inside of you... Anyone else have more to add?
