I can get Hemorrhoids at will. All I have to do is eat junk food for a

couple of days in a row, in some considerable quantity, and the Hemorrhoid

appears. The seriousness of the symptoms, and the size of the Hemorrhoid

is also an act of will, since it grows larger, and more likely to bleed,

precisely to the extent that the foods I eat, are low in nutrient density,

high in acidity, full of toxins and additives, etc. If I clean up my diet,

and eat wholesome, natural, and nearly entirely raw foods, the Hemorrhoid

disappears, usually in one day, and never returns until I fall into the trap

of eating like a fool, again.

This has happened to me, without fail, precisely as I have described, now,

for nearly 15 years.
