Tell me more about the warm hands sensation...

ps.- A few more tips... If you need to, you can bring your hands

very close together (after starting far apart) but don't ever let

your hands touch after you rub them together... And it is important

that you use the wave like motion, instead of just bringing the

hands straight together... And lastly, go slow but not too slow,

and feel what is going on in between your two hands...

They get warm just on my palms, where I'm rubbing them together. That's

all I feel. I don't feel anything going on " between my hands " .
