Guest guest
Hi Manisha... I am sorry, but it does not work that way... From the below listed article, you might be able to get insight into the volumes and volumes of different information on diets, and diets for ailments, that are out there... Some say high carb, some low carb, some all raw, some all cooked, some vegetarian, some vegan, some carniverous, some stress the alkaline/acidic balance, some go by blood type, etc., etc., etc., Diet is also a personal thing... And healing best occurs when the person wanting to be healed takes an active role in the healing process... That would mean doing the research, investigating, experimenting... That might possibly be as healing (definately empowering) as the actual diet itself. If he is really ill, you might be able to assist him in this process, but there are no short cuts, otherwise you are simply giving up your empowerment to a doctor, or doctor alternative... Perhaps start by showing him information from this site and see what he is naturally drawn to... For example, if I was told I had cancer, my inclination would be to do a 100% raw diet with lots of fresh wheatgrass juice to alkalize my system... Others may go macrobiotic... But there are several things I would avoid- pesticides, hormones, artifical ingredients, irradiated food, genetically modified food, get the picture? And water, while not technically a food, is an absolute must. I would start with a gallon within the first 1/2 hr of waking, and add an additional gallon throughout the day... And while his condition is serious, please try to remember, and remind your friend, that healing is more about a journey, and not just the destination... Best Wishes, Misty L.
