Guest guest
Here is another probiotic drink that is good. Soak 1 cup of soft wheat berries over night and in the morning wash, drain and put in a sprouter to sprout.Sprout for 2 days. Put one cup in a blender with 2 cups of water and blend for one minute and pour into a one gallon jar and finish filling with good water. Cover and set in a warm place for 24 hours. It should taste like sour wheat. Drink about 2 cups a day and plenty of water daily. This is called Rejuvalac, think of it as homemade probiotic. It is not bad tasting.
