Rebounding

I rebound on a regular basis to cleanse my lymphatic system and to

help keep my cells in shape. I average about 30 minutes a day on my

rebounder. I actually purchased a good quality one for my daughter

who was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma in May 2003. It has really

helped her also. After seeing how well she felt by rebounding on a

regular basis, I decided to do it too. I understand the importance

of keeping your lymph going and cleaned out. Your lymphatic system

is your 2nd circulatory system and becomes slow and full of toxins if

it is not exercised on a regular basis. This is the 4th most

perscribed treatment over in Europe by physicians. Over here, you

hear very, very little about this. Does anyone else rebound here?
