Guest guest
Hi Lynn, I have a rebounder, and it didn't cost much, perhaps $25.00? I rarely use it because it takes so much effort and made me tire easily. I am impressed that you can average the 30 minutes a day and you have motivated me into trying it again. The reason I bought mine was because a doctor recommended it as being the perfect exercise for all the muscles in the body. He says that even the face muscles get exercised and that he has seen it work as a face lift in those who use it on a regular basis. Good news! :-) Sincerely, Karri In a message dated 11/15/2003 11:50:25 AM Pacific Standard Time, MRSCM4871 writes: > rebound on a regular basis to cleanse my lymphatic system and to > help keep my cells in shape.
