Check your blood type - some blood types do not do well as a vegetarian

- O + - rarely does well . Must add food enzymes , many vegetarians are

fooling themseleves thinking they are getting all they need from what

they are eating . The Fruits and Veggies are much different now , than

they were even just 70 years ago ! All things in moderation .

 

Everyone - vegetarian or not needs to supplement with food enzymes ,

Acidophilus , a very good anti oxidant , omega 3 and omega 3/70 - plus

lots of pure water , lots of fresh air .
