Guest guest
Hello list, I'm having a problem with my allergies. I used to use allegra and other " pill of the season " from about age 15. I now have tinnitus and those pills may very well be a large factor. so, my question. What can I do to help myself? For all of April I was able to keep sinus pressure to a minimum with E.O.s of peppermint, lavendar and eucalyptus. Now that May is here and it is finally spring in Nova Scotia I'm not sure those will be helpful anymore. Yesterday I had such a pain above my nose and around my eyes about 4pm. Prior to that I had a fun and active day with the kids and was feeling perfectly happy. I think when I opened the windows to air out the house too much pollen came in with the breeze and just overwhelmed me. I'm open to trying anything and have a fairly good health store nearby. Many, many thanks, Dawne Win a $20,000 Career Makeover at HotJobs http://hotjobs.sweepstakes./careermakeover
Guest guest
Allergies are caused by particles of foreign substances making their way into the bloodstream. The body attacks them like they would attack a virus or unfriendly bacteria. Plant-based enzymes will help to break down food or other substances in the stomach before it makes it to the small intestine where it can enter the bloodstream. If taken on an empty stomach, the enzymes will go into the bloodstream and " eat up " the foreign particles so the body doesn't have to. Add healing foods, probiotics, antioxidants (free radical scavengers), eliminate trigger foods (sugar, white flour, diary), drink ½ gal. of pure water every day. Check to make sure your enzymes are active – open up the capsule, or crush it, and stir it into already made pudding. It should liquefy the pudding in a couple minutes. If it doesn’t, then the enzymes won’t work in your body, either.
