HOLISTIC APPROACH TO DAILY LIVING

 

Green color signifies equanimity & balance in nature.

It gives peace & Calmness to Mind & Vision. In color therapy water

is treated with one of the elements of white sunlight.

 

As an Eye Surgeon & being interested in holistic medicines, I

was doing research on various color treated eye drops. I found that

in CONJUNCTIVITIS, antibiotics took 2-4 days while green therapy

drops treated the eye in 2-4 hours only. Studying the antiseptic

properties for years I experimented for various external body uses.

I discovered many new applications in our day to day life with

encouraging results.

 

Method:

Here green color bottle or with aid of green gelatin paper on

transparent glass bottle is kept in bright sunlight for 6-8 hrs.

This becomes Green Color charged water ready for use.

 

Precautions:

If you store this water, cork it tightly & it will remain free

from fungus fibrils for months & such clear water is fit to use.

Check the stored water against bright illumination for fibrils.

 

Uses:

1. BODY SOAP: This water can be used as non-chemical soap on

body. It effectively removes dirt, odour & sweat from body. 100 to

200cc is quite adequate for this. Even after oil massage to body

this treated water removes excess oiliness without hurting natural

protective layers of skin.

 

2. HAIR CARE: In males before Shaving apply this, 10ml-20ml

water 2-3 times on face hair 5 minute earlier. Thus softened &

treated hairs can be shaved off easily without any soap. it can also

be used as antiseptic lotion after shaving. Scalp hair health &

longevity increases by frequently washing with this water. Graying

of hairs can be hallted to some extent.

 

3. FACE CARE: By washing face and eyes 2-3 times in a day

gives luster & beauty to the face without any beauty aid. It also

removes body wrinkles in oldage. A truly handy cosmetic.

 

4. TEETH CARE: By gargling the mouth every time after taking

food & massaging & cleaning teeth & gums, is sure security for

health of teeth & gums.

 

5. WOUND CARE: Any where on body if there are any lacerated,

contused infected, wounds or ulcer or bedsore they can be better

washed & dressed with this water. It serves as local antibiotic

without any allergy or side effects. It is useful in gastro

intestinal diseases & balancing the body doshas & acts on

constipation.

 

6. ON URINARY STONES: Taken internaly twice a day, it acts as

diuretic & thus helps in urinary stones.

 

7. GENERAL EFFECT: It has also minimaly anasthetic effect.

 

Personal Experience:

I have used this water for number of years in lieu of bathing

soap & antiseptic lotion, Shaving soap, face cosmetics, tooth paste

& shampoo & I am quite happy about it from monitory & ecology point

of view. This unpolluted bathing & wash basin water can be directly

used in Kitchen garden.

 

World Wide Goal:

When in the world every home adopts this holistic way of

Green Water practice for daily chores it means a better world free

of so much pollution, free of so much animal violence that goes in

the preparation of cosmetics & soaps & saving of Rs.one to two
