Hi Everyone,

Double steam distilled water is the best to drink as it contains only and

simply water (2 Hydrogen atoms to 1 Oxygen). Pure water! It doesn't " explode "

cells, nor does it delete the body of nutrients UNLESS gallons are drank each

day COUPLED WITH not eating a rich array of nutrient containing vegetables,

fruits, etc AND of course supplementing with a high quality

vitamin/mineral/antioxidant. The supplement I take received the highest rating

in Lyle MacWilliam's " Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements, 3rd

Edition. " Lyle, a Biochemist, was commissioned by the Canadian Parliament of

Health to find the safest, most effective, and highest quality supplement for

Canadians to take. He analyzed more than 1,000 products from 200 companies in

both the U.S. and Canada. Only 3 products received a rating in the 90% range.

Even though a product was well known because of advertising didn't guarantee a

high rating. Centrum , for example, received a 5.2%. Atkins received 46.1%.

Bronson Pharmaceutical got a 43.8%. Dr. Julian Whitaker's received a 58.5%.

Pharmanex (NuSkin) rated from 13.8% to 52.7% depending on the product. One-A-Day

for Men got 4.6% and for Women a lousy 1.9%. Amway's (NutriLite/Quixtar) got a

3.4% to 30.0% depending on the product. It's very shocking to see these charts.

And there were 11 criteria used to evaluate them. Very thorough. If you'd like

to be emailed a chart on the daily vitamin product you're interested in or

taking, email the name of it and I'll send you a comparison chart off list.

All my best,

Michael
