I am saying that if you want to live in a world where

you occasionally eat out or eat at restaurants, don't

completely cut out all other foods for a long period

of time, because if you do your body will almost

certainly react strongly to re-introduction of any of

the foods off diet. If you eat only the particular

diet which you have decided is the appropriate diet

for you, and never will eat other foods, then of

course, it would not apply to you.

I live in a world where I eat a base diet of healthy

foods and if I wish to eat something that is not

exactly healthy once in awhile I do, and I can without

making my body feel ill for the experience.

I also don't give " medical " advice. As I've said

before, I don't recommend drugs. I don't recommend

herbs. My thought has been that if something can be

taken care of naturally, without any drugs or herbs,

simply by being in touch with your body and fixing

the small problems before they even become

symptomatic, by

removing the energy blocks, listening to the body's

needs and giving it what it requires before you get

symptoms and illness and have to fix bigger problems,

that that is a good thing.
