Guest guest Posted January 5, 2005 Report Share Posted January 5, 2005 Remember me the migraine lady!...lol... I just thought I'd give a little update on how things are going. First off I haven't had any wheatgrass juice yet since I'm working on growing it. I have increased my water, fruit, and veggies. I've started taking the sea kelp in the am and also some milk thistle. I bought myself some belladonna 30c like Misty suggested but I haven't had to use it yet. Since increasing water and such I haven't yet had a bad migraine! In fact I've only had a mild headache once and it went away as fast as it came on! I have gotten rid of the splenda and the flavored water that I had in the house. I haven't really cut out much meat since we only had that for dinner and not even every night. So all in all things are going great so far! The only thing I have a problem with is I've put on a few lbs since increasing the water, fruit and veggies. I had always been skinny before I had kids and then after having kids I was over weight.
