Guest guest
Not sure I understand the jump starting of your metabolism, part... Fasts are to rest and restore the body... As you resume eating, especially something gentle like listed in other posts regarding this, so as to not shock your system, your digestive system will become more active... If you did not do this for weightloss, and yet you see it melting off, sounds like your in the right direction... Unless it is all water loss, the reason your weight isn't going down is that your building muscle, which weighs more than fat, and burns considerably more energy than fat... So just give it time for the pounds to come off... Can't see a reason to not do grapefruit... Let us know how it goes... Misty L. Guest guest
You were right about beginning to eat after a fast. That is the challenge. My metabolism was sluggish, and I see it was because of the toxins. I'm introducing more good foods slowly as just a little bit of sugar upsets my stomach now. . That's a good thing. I have no desire to sugar and salt. Thanks for all your tips. sentto-7352737-3822-1105021470-elvira=pcpartner.net ..com [sentto-7352737-3822-1105021470-elvira=pcpartner.net ps.] On Behalf Of Misty L.
