Guest guest
You are correct, tolerance of tinnitus varies greatly from one person to the next, and is largely determinded by the sufferers personaltiy. " Misty L. Trepke " <mistytrepke wrote: For my personal opinion, homeopathic remedies and sites like this do a dis-service to the homeopathic profession and even more so, the public... I understand this site breaks it down to 12 different types of tinnitus, but how many people are there? How can there only be 12 types, even if there are 12 sources of tinnitus, there will be at least a hundred permutations for how each person can experience ringing in the ears... There are as many types as there are unique experiences of a thing. Homeo/pathy- breaks down to mean like suffering... Which means you take the time and effort to find out what that particular person is experiencing and then find a remedy that matches that unique constellation of symptoms... For example, as a homeopath, I would want to know: is it the left ear, or the right, or both, or does it alternate, does it change during the day, during the night, what is the nature of the sound, does that sound change, is there fever, is there vertigo, is the hearing itself diminished or lost. If there is vertigo, do you feel like your spinning, or does the room feel like it is spinning? Do you tend to fall to the left or right, front or back? Is the ringing or vertigo better laying down, standing, sitting, moving, eyes open, eyes closed? Has the vertigo affected the gait? Is there double vision, is the jaw affected, on and on and on... I personally have experienced several of these symptoms during a bout of tinnitus myself, and resolved them through homeopathy... But by following the laws of homeopathy, such as the law of similars. But when GQ. Public tries homeopathic remedies from sites like this, they " think " they are doing homeopathy, because it is called a homeopathic remedy- but it is really only in the sense that the remedy is diluted, another prime principle of homeopathy, but one that is moot unless the first principle, the Law of Similars, has been followed. So they take these remedies that don't really match their unique set of circumstances and experiences, and lo and behold, they don't work. Then they walk away saying homeopathy did not work for them. Comments? Best Wishes, Misty L. Trepke http://www..com ps- Because of mis-information like this, it is one of the reasons I keep stressing that no commerical urls be posted here... The vast majority of people when selling products, don't put the highest of integrity of alternative healing first, they just want to peddle their wares... Which makes them money- lots of it, and shoots the rest of us in the foot- therapists and those looking for solutions alike, because as the therapists we then have to go back afterwards and clear away all the hooey they have thrown about... And sadly, most of the time people have made up their minds, homeopathy doesn't work, and they close themselves off to an incredible healing system... , Just Dawne <justdawne> wrote: > Hi, > Just found this link and thought I'd share it.
