On the first video the head is turned to the side, then the person lies down on the side their head is turned away from, waits 30 seconds, switches to the other side, waits 30 seconds then sits back up. The head tilts down, and you're lying on the shoulder, kind of hard for me to describe, but I hope that makes sense. The videos make it clear. The second video has the head turned to the side, then lies down on the back with a pillow or blanket underneath the shoulders, waits 30 seconds, then turns the head to the other side, waits 30 seconds, turns to the side for another 30 seconds, then sits up.
