Guest guest
Yes, we cant generalize or group people as saying " all. " I will share my first experience with holistic therapies: I knew inside when my daughter had asthma/allergies some years ago that giving her drugs was not going to cure her. The doctors said " she will grow out of it. " Well I did not accept that and chose to do research. I found a wonderful naturopathic doctor who did allergy elimination techniques and other healing modalities. It is all about building up the immune system. Traditional doctors' therapies were just suppressing her immune system. Of course I did the steroids when needed and the breathing treatments etc., but I wanted to get to the nitty gritty of what was going on inside her little body. The drugs had many side-effects and were only hurting her in the long run. I also took her to a chiropractor and with a combination of allergy elimnination, chiro, and changing her diet, she is now a healthy happy 6 year old little girl free of asthma! My medicine cabinet has been completely transformed! We still do the chiropractor once or twice a month and with all that I have learned I now know what to do when she gets sick with anything. I thank God everyday for the insight and wisdom in this area. Blessings* Victoria , *~Masters~* <brianna_revae> wrote: > > not all christians are anti-holistic health. me for > instance.
