Guest guest
Dear Bing, Of course, you are correct. Unfortunately, it is exceedingly difficult for most people (in the US at least) to find raw milk. Living in New Mexico, I am fortunate to have a growers market where I can get raw goats milk- the only source of the only raw milk in the entire state. So for the majority of people that do not have access to their own cow or goat, or a co-operative or a local raw milk producer but want to have cow's milk- organic is definitely better than any other option available. Now of course you can do the rice milk, the almond milk, the creamier cashew milk, even soymilk- but soy at least has it's own problems. It is difficult times to stay a purist to the principles of alternative medicine because society is just not structured that way, which leads us to big business and politics and a whole other topic. Not to say that it should not be done, just that it takes people willing to become aware that health is not just about our individual health, but clearly includes a larger social infrastructure, awareness, movement. Ok, getting off my soap box now.. Thank you for keeping us aware of the value of raw milk. Best Wishes, Misty L.
