Guest guest
Hello! My name is Jessica and I live in Denver, Colorado, with my boyfriend and my cat. Over the past couple of years I have become more and more interested in alternative medicine and health, having gotten great results from the things I have treated in natural ways (in particular, curing my acne and losing weight). I hate to start out with a question right away, but I have been seeking some suggestions on this matter for a few weeks now and have gotten no where. My boyfriend is getting an itchy rash on his penis when we have sex. It was suggested that lubrication might be the problem, but when I tried using more lube it hasn't helped. I don't have a yeast infection, and my last obgyn appointment (a week ago) was normal. He thinks my ph might be off and its irritating his skin, but this morning I tested both of our PH's and they are both on the alkaline side (his a little closer to balanced than mine, I'm in the low 5 range). I haven't changed any skin products or the lube we use (I use all organic products), and the only way my diet has changed in the past month (thats how long this has been happening) is that I am eating less fat. He only has this problem during sex, and it usually goes away again within a day or so, but returns every time we have sex. Any suggestions?
