Thank you, Zoe......I wasn't sure myself if the tonsilectomy claim was entirely

true. I was having a hard time finding polio survivors to interview and you are

the first to let me know you DID NOT have a tonsilectomy. Also, I understand

that polio survivors may run into serious health complications later in life. I

hope you are doing well.

Yes the vaccine particularly the Sabin vaccine is responsible for many many

cases of polio today, but for those of us in the early years of the disease none

of this holds true.
